How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you're looking for how to cancel your Imagine Art subscription, you're in the right place. Whether you're no longer using the service or simply want to pause your membership, this article will guide you through the steps to cancel your subscription quickly and easily.

Canceling Your Subscription (Web-Based)

To cancel your subscription through the web version of Imagine, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Imagine account athttps://www.imagine.art

• On the left-hand side menu, click on “Manage Subscription”

• Select the “Billing & Invoice” section

• From there, you'll see the option to cancel your subscription

After confirming the cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You won’t be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe in the future.

Important Note About Mobile Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the mobile app are managed separately from web-based subscriptions. This means:

• Web and mobile subscriptions are not currently linked or synchronized

• Canceling a web subscription does not affect a mobile one (and vice versa)
