# Credit Assignment and Usage Policy

Our system is designed to provide a consistent and predictable number of credits each month, regardless of your subscription term.

### The Monthly Credit Assignment System

All subscription plans, whether Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual, operate on a **monthly credit assignment cycle**. This means your account will be replenished with a new set of credits at the beginning of each monthly period (based on your plan purchase date).

#### How Credits Work for Each Plan

* **Monthly Plan:** You subscribe for a one-month term, which renews automatically. You will receive your full credit allotment at the start of each new monthly cycle.
* **Quarterly Plan:** You subscribe for a three-month term. Your plan will provide a set amount of credits **each month** for three consecutive months, as specified on your plan's details.
  * *Example:* A "10000 Credits/Month" Quarterly Plan provides 10000 credits in Month 1, a new 10000 credits in Month 2, and another new 100 credits in Month 3.
* **Annual Plan:** You subscribe for a twelve-month term. Your plan will provide a set amount of credits **each month** for twelve consecutive months. This ensures a steady and predictable flow of credits for the entire year.

### Important: Credits Do Not Roll Over

Your monthly credit allotment is intended for use within that specific monthly cycle. **Unused credits will not roll over to the next month.**

At the beginning of your next monthly cycle, your credit balance will be reset and replaced with your new monthly credit allotment. We encourage you to select a plan that matches your typical monthly usage to get the most value.

### What to Do If You Run Out of Credits

If your credit balance reaches zero before your next monthly assignment, you have three options:

1. **Wait for Your Next Assignment:** Your credits will automatically replenish at the start of your next monthly cycle. You can view your next assignment date in your account dashboard.
2. **Purchase Top-Ups:** If you need credits immediately, you can purchase a one-time "Top-Up" credit bundle to continue using our services without interruption.
3. **Upgrade Your Plan:** If you consistently find yourself running out of credits, your current plan may not suit your requirements. You can upgrade your plan at any time to receive a larger monthly credit allotment that better fits your volume.
