On iOS
To cancel a subscription purchased through Apple App Store, follow these general steps:
Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device.
Scroll down and tap on your name at the top of the screen.
Tap on "Subscriptions." If you don't see this option, proceed to step 5.
Select the subscription you want to cancel and follow the instructions to cancel it.
If you don't see the "Subscriptions" option, tap on "iTunes & App Store" instead.
Tap on your Apple ID, then select "View Apple ID."
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password if prompted.
Scroll down and tap on "Subscriptions."
Select the subscription you want to cancel and follow the instructions to cancel it.
On Android
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Go to your subscriptions by tapping on your profile icon and selecting "Payments & subscriptions."
Find and select the subscription you wish to cancel.
Tap "Cancel subscription."
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
On the Web
To cancel your web-based subscription:
Log into your Imagine account via this link
Access the "Management subscription" tab on the left side of the screen
Click on the "Billing Invoice," and you will find the option to cancel your subscription.
