Refund Policy

Introduction:

At Vyro, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for your subscription. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    1. Major Faults: You will be eligible for a refund if the app experiences major faults, such as not functioning as described or being significantly defective.

    2. Technical Issues: You will be eligible for a refund if persistent technical issues, beyond our reasonable control, prevent access to the app.

    3. Non-Delivery of Tokens: You will be eligible for a refund if purchased tokens are not delivered or credited to your account due to system errors.

    4. Defective Digital Goods: You will be eligible for a refund if purchased digital goods within the app are significantly defective or not as described.

  2. Refund Exceptions:

    1. Refund requests made after the 30-minute timeframe will not be considered.

    2. Refunds will not be granted if 50 or more tokens have been used within the subscription period.

    3. Refunds will not be granted for subscription renewals or subsequent billing cycles beyond the initial purchase.

    4. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

      1. You simply changed your mind about the subscription.

      2. You misused the app or tokens in a way that contributed to the problem.

      3. You requested a service to be carried out against our advice or were unclear about your requirements.

      4. A service problem was completely beyond our control (e.g., internet outage, device incompatibility).

  3. Refund Amount:

    For eligible refunds, the refund amount may be subject to a reduction based on associated administrative costs and the duration of the subscription used.

  4. Canceling Subscriptions:

    If you wish to cancel your subscription without seeking a refund, you can do so at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Canceling your subscription will prevent any future renewals or charges.

    To cancel your web-based subscription, log into your Imagine account via the link below & access the "Management subscription" tab on the left side of the screen. Select the "Billing & Invoice" and from there, you will be able to cancel your subscription.

  5. Providing Relevant Details for Refund Requests:

    In order for us to efficiently process your refund requests, we kindly ask that users provide the following relevant details:

    1. Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your purchase receipt or confirmation email containing details of your subscription purchase.

    2. Subscription Type and Duration: Specify whether you have a weekly or yearly subscription and the duration of your subscription period.

    3. Description of Issue: Clearly outline the reason for your refund request, including any major faults, misleading descriptions, technical issues, or non-delivery of tokens experienced.

    4. Token Usage: If applicable, provide information regarding the number of tokens used within the subscription period, as refunds may not be granted if a certain threshold of token usage is exceeded.

    5. Screenshots or Documentation: If possible, attach screenshots or other documentation illustrating the issue encountered within the product.

    By providing these necessary details, our team can effectively investigate and address your refund requests in a timely manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.

    In the event of technical issues or difficulties with our service, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will make every effort to address and resolve any problems you encounter promptly and efficiently.
