Is it possible to use the same Imagine account on different platforms?

The cross-linking functionality is currently unavailable in our app. Unfortunately, web subscriptions cannot be transferred to the mobile app, and vice versa, as the mobile version does not support logging in with an email address. This limitation means that, for now, users must manage their subscriptions independently across different platforms.

However, our development team is actively working on enhancing the app, continuously improving features based on user feedback and evolving demands. While we don’t have an exact timeline for when cross-linking functionality will be implemented across all platforms, rest assured that your suggestion has been acknowledged. We are committed to delivering more seamless experiences in future updates, including expanding compatibility between web and mobile versions.
