Subscription Plans
ImagineArt uses credits as the currency of the platform. You spend credits to explore different tools - image, video, workflows, apps, and more. All paid plans are available for Individuals and Teams, and you can choose Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly billing.

Credits & Refresh Rules
Credits are assigned monthly and never roll over.
Credits refresh every month, no matter which billing term you’re on (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
At the end of each month, unused credits expire and are replaced by a fresh monthly allotment.
If you run short during the month, you can either upgrade your plan or buy top‑up credits.
Billing vs credits
Monthly:
Billed every month.
New credits every month; unused credits expire at month‑end.
Quarterly:
Billed once every 3 months (price × 3).
Credits still refresh monthly (3 refreshes per quarter).
Yearly:
Billed once every 12 months (price × 12).
Credits still refresh monthly (12 refreshes per year).
Free Plan (Sign‑Up Credits)
When you sign up, you automatically get a Free plan with 100 credits.
Credits:
100 free credits when you create an account.
These credits refresh every 24 hours.
Usage:
You can try different image and video tools, within the limits shown for the Free column on the “Pricing and Features” table.
Some features are not available (for example: no premium models, no private generations, limited resolution, slower speed, etc.).

Basic Plan
The Basic plan is the first paid step up from Free, with more tools and features unlocked.
Price (all terms):
9 USD per month equivalent in all billing options.
Monthly: billed $9 each month.
Quarterly: billed $27 every 3 months.
Yearly: billed $108 every 12 months.
Credits:
You receive 2000 credits monthly (the same amount each month according to your Basic offer).
Credits refresh every month; unused credits expire at month‑end.
Basic is ideal if you outgrow Free but don’t yet need the full Standard feature set.

What Each Plan Unlocks (Features)
You can compare Free, Basic, Standard, Ultimate, Creator, and Enterprise features here.
Examples from the feature table:
Resolution & length: Higher tiers unlock longer videos and higher resolution.
Premium / VEO models: Available from Basic upward; more models and capabilities in higher tiers.
Private generations: Enabled from Standard and above.
Unlimited video / image generation (specific models): Available in Ultimate and Creator.
Concurrency & speed: More concurrent video generations, faster processing, prompt enhancer, upscaling, etc.
As you move up from Free → Basic → Standard → Ultimate → Creator, you gain more quality, speed, unlimited options, and control.
Individuals, Teams & Enterprise
The tables above apply to both Individuals and Teams; the main difference is how many team seats are included (3 / 6 / 20) and how you use them.
Teams / Enterprise pages allow you to:
Centralize billing for teams.
Add more seats.
Discuss custom needs (limits, SLAs, SSO, etc.) with sales.
If you need more than the included seats or a custom setup, use the Teams / Enterprise contact options on the main site.
Legacy Plans (Before 27 September 2025)
If you purchased a plan before 27 September 2025, you are on a legacy plan.
Legacy plans may have different prices and credit amounts compared to the tables above.

Running Out of Credits & Top‑Ups
If you reach your credit limit before the month ends:
You can upgrade to a higher plan.
Or you can buy additional top‑up credits to continue generating without changing your main plan.
Top‑ups are one‑time purchases, separate from your recurring subscription, and are also consumed by the same credit rules (they follow the credit assignment and usage policy).

ImagineArt supports the following secure payment options:
1. Link Payment
Authorize your payment through a secure, encrypted checkout link connected directly to your bank account, ideal for fast and frictionless transactions.
2. Credit Card
All major credit cards are accepted. We use top-tier encryption and security protocols to ensure your personal and financial data stays safe throughout checkout.
3. Debit Card
Debit card payments are accepted provided your card is enabled for online transactions. Payments are processed securely and confidentially.
Security, Refunds & Credit Activation
All transactions use bank-grade encryption and industry-standard security.
Customers are responsible for submitting valid and accurate payment information.
Payments are non-refundable, and all refunds are subject to our official refund policy.
Credits are only issued after payment is successfully received.
In case of failed or reversed transactions, Imagine.art reserves the right to pause account access until resolved.
